Situation

The Rock Island Arsenal is an active U.S. Army facility located on a scenic island along the Mississippi River in the Quad-Cities, between Iowa and Illinois. Rock Island Arsenal Development Group (RIADG) was formed in 2003 to help match appropriate tenants with available commercial space on beautiful, secure Arsenal Island. RIADG faces a unique challenge to find just the right tenants for this unique location. Limit staff required a strategic partnership for marketing, communications, and advertising.

Approach

UpStream brought to the table two tools to help them deliver on their mission; mobile and social media. With limited corporate staff UpStream serves as an ongoing partner in both areas.
