Situation

A large regional financial services firm had experienced several years of acquisitions and developed a comprehensive package of service offers.  This growth strategy created an opportunity to create a more unified brand and a go-to-marketing plan.

Approach

Based on the discussion with Two Rivers management, we proposed to begin by building the foundations of a strategic marketing plan.  These foundations would consist of establishing where the organization is and where it is going.  

Further engagement required development of a new website for the Insurance division.
