Trinity Regional Health System


Situation

Trinity Regional Health System(TRHS) is a three-campus health-care provider located on the western border of Illinois and the eastern border of Iowa. With shrinking budgets and increased regional competition Trinity needed assistance in various areas: drive site traffic, new service launch, and new website redesign usability study.


Approach

With the sections on the website for particular service lines not performing to expectations and more consumers turning to the web for medial information, we implemented a Search Engine ad campaign.
The hospital made the critical decision to invest in the da Vinci® Surgical System. In order to achieve the projected ROI, the hospital knew that it would need to properly launch the new service line. We were engaged to help develop communication objectives, communication strategies, audience refine­ment, creative design platform, and core messaging.
Trinity needed to assess the usability of a new website skin. We designed and conducted 14 interactive web usability studies. Each test user was given a specific task to perform, and an audio recording and screencast of the tester was captured for analysis.
