Situation

PCT Engineered Systems was introducing a highly innovative product to the web based printing industry and needed assistance taking it to market.


Approach

In-depth executive interviews of the target audience were conducted to ascertain the proper messaging and value proposition for this new product. Using those findings and internal experience, a strategic Marketing plan was developed.
